Average education and training at each level

The number of training hours received by each male employee in 2022 was around 74.3 and it was around 16 for each female employee. This is mainly due to our emphasis on professional training for on-site operations. Female employees required relatively little professional training because most of them held office positions. Management focuses on leadership and management ability training, so the number of training hours is lower than entry-level supervisors and under.
